The Punch Line Presents: "ILLuminate Fest"! UIUC's First Virtual Music Festival

The Punch Line is back for our final event for 2020 of ILLuminate Virtual Music Festival UIUC: Minecraft Campus! We’ll be kicking off with performances streaming straight to you from our real-to-life replica of the UIUC Main Quad we’ve built inside of Minecraft, which you can join in to play directly, or watch via Facebook Live and Zoom!
 
We’ll be featuring some of the biggest artists we’ve had to date – and some local favorites – plus a host of fun interactivities, to keep you entrained all evening long, right from the comfort of your couch!

Missing Live Music? Miss no more! The Punch Line is back with the second event of our ILLuminate Virtual Music Festival series, ‘Game Day’ – an evening of performances from your favorite Champaign-Urbana local artists and DJs, interactive tournaments, games, and trivia, and the return of live events to UIUC!

This Saturday – The Punch Line UIUC brings you the first officially socially distanced event of the summer: “Illini’s Got Talent” ! Part of our new virtual music festival event series, ILLuminate Fest.
 
Join us from 7:30-9:30pm CT as our panel of (comedic) judges watch the amazing, strange, and perplexing talents of our fellow Illini unfold, as well as musical performances from local legends. You can watch via livestream on Facebook, YouTube, or Instagram Live.

My Decision to Enroll in the Masters of Technology Management program at Illinois’ Gies College of Business

Enrolling in Gies College of Business' Masters in Technology Management Degree

After graduating from Music Technology with a minor in Computer Science this semester, I will be enrolling again at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign to complete my Masters in Technology Management degree. I’m excited to sharpen my business, marketing, and data analytics skills amidst this program’s innovative curriculum, and to continue my path in education.

Introducing: FastTrack! A modular record label platform

I’m proud to introduce a new venture of mine; FastTrack! This is a web collaboration hub for music artists and industry professionals, designed with the goal of furthering the careers and success rates of both parties in the highly saturated music industry.

The platform is structured as a two-sided marketplace which facilitates two modes of interaction; Feedback and Services. Our proprietary Feedback system allows industry professionals to give high-quality, structured and constructive criticism and encouragement to aspiring artists, helping them to improve their craft and cut through the noise. Our Services marketplace facilitates broad creative collaborations across the many areas required by a music release, streamlining artists’ workflows while enhancing output quality and providing freelance professionals with driven clients.
